** Please note that NO CREDITS or REFUNDS can be issued for used, personalized, monogrammed, or damaged merchandise - such merchandise will be returned to the customer at their own expense. **
To return your item:
- Please complete our Return Form for faster processing of your returns to obtain a Return Authorization Email. No returns will be processed without a printed Return Authorization Email issued by our Returns department included within the package.
- Complete the return form in its entirety by providing your name, email, home address, full daytime contact information and product information for expedited service.
- Please see video below for packing instructions of your new, unused, unmarked, and undamaged merchandise. If your item came with a dust cover (fabric or plastic polybag), be sure that it is repacked accordingly and inside its original shipping box.
- Credit will be issued if all criteria are met. Any shipping costs paid will not be refunded. While credits are issued to your credit card company immediately upon acceptance, please allow time for your credit card company to show the transaction. Please note: If your order included a promotional gift with purchase, that gift item must also be returned or the full retail value of that gift item will be deducted from any refunds or credits issued.
Returning a Gift:
New, unused, unmarked, and undamaged merchandise that is currently part of our product line may be returned for in-house merchandise credit as a gift certificate or for an immediate exchange if the criteria for returns, as listed above, are met. The retail cost of your item will be applied towards the cost of the item(s) you would like in exchange. We will not issue credit for any difference in cost if the item that you would like to send for an exchange is higher priced than the item that you would like as a replacement. If the new item(s) that you want to purchase has a greater cost, you will be responsible for the difference in cost plus shipping charges. If the total item costs are equal, you will only be responsible for the cost of shipping. Please follow the Returns instructions above so that we may process your exchange.
